Hamadan:
National participants (Iranian) selected to be in Joint Team (JT) are requested to provide their own transportation to forum venue in Bu-Ali Sina University in Hamadan.
After accreditation in Forum venue, organizing team is responsible for their transportation during Forum dates and in Hamadan city. Shuttle service will be offered during the Forum.
International participants will arrive at Tehran Imam Khomeini International Airport, Iran.
VIP facilities at Imam Khomeini International Airport will be extended to all experts, international selected students and professors who attend the Forum. There will be a hospitality desk at Imam Khomeini International Airport to provide assistance to all participants upon arrival to and departure from Imam Khomeini International Airport. Volunteers will be on-site to meet and assist participants during these days.

Tehran:
Forum organizer is responsible to deliver all Forum participants to Tehran on 1th October 2015. Other Conference participants are requested to provide their own transportation in Tehran to the Conference Venue and their hotels.
